The Oyster Table was a dream that blossomed into reality. Remembering late nights shucking oysters with family, gathered around the fire pit with beers in hand and brine on the palette. Our CEO & Founder, Jordin Barnes, recognized the potential oysters had in bringing people together. Whether it was a casual get-together with friends or an elegant corporate event, oysters didn’t discriminate. They made everyone happy. So, we decided to share this happiness with as many people as we could, bridging the gap between luxury and comfort. Building community every step of the way.
